Official Carrier

Fly with TAP: TAP Portugal, as the Official Air Carrier of the Conference, has agreed to offer a discount to participants who book their flight and buy their ticket exclusively through the TAP Portugal website. The discounts on offer are as follows: up to 10 per cent in economy and business class. The event code can be found below and must be mentioned when making the booking in order to benefit from the discount:

• go to: www.flytap.com
• select the flights and dates
• enter the event code in the ‘Promotion/conference code’ box on the left-hand side of the web page.
  Please check the code to use according to the currency.

Important Information:

• The discount applicable to this event is only valid for online bookings made through the website - TAP Portugal www.flytap.com - and with payment by credit card. The ticket will always be an electronic ticket.
• Bookings made previously through travel agencies or with the Conference secretariat are not eligible for this discount.
• The price shown at the end of the booking is the final fare, including the discount and all related taxes.
• The discount applies only to the fare, excluding all taxes related to the journey.
• The discount only applies to flights operated by TAP.
• The discount cannot be combined with resident/student/child/baby/senior fares, etc...
•  If the website is down, participants must apply the discount later (only possible on the website).
• Please remove the miles discount or any other discount.
• O desconto aplica-se apenas a viagens para as datas da Conferência. É válido para viagens de ida e volta, a partir de qualquer destino TAP para Lisboa ou Porto.
• Bookings can be made at any time. Travel dates must fall within the period 10 days before / 10 days after the Conference dates. The dates of the event must be included in the period of the trip.
• The discount covers accompanying persons (adults) of the participants.
• The conditions and restrictions relating to changes and refunds are those of the applicable tarif. Please check all details before completing your reservation.
